Acclimatization - Mandatory

• 4:00pm EDT - 6:30pm EDT July 28th, 2016

• Conditioning is with helmets, shirts, and shorts. Please make sure your player has a mouthgaurd. 

  Your player has to have 5 days of heat conditioning before allowed to practice in full pads.
